In the event of an "E1" error code appearing on the display, accompanied by blinking buttons and beeping, simply remove the kettle from the base, allow it to cool, and add more water before using it again.

Temperature Control and Presets: The gooseneck kettle offers 7 temperature presets, tailored for optimal brewing of various teas and coffee. Users can also manually set the temperature, with a range of 104°F to 212°F for tea and 190°F to 205°F for coffee, to suit personal preferences.

For tea, the presets include Delicate Tea (160°F), Green Tea (175°F), White Tea (185°F), Oolong Tea (195°F), and Herbal and Black Tea (212°F). For coffee, the presets are Pour Over (205°F) and French Press (200°F).

Hold Mode: The kettle features a "One Time Hold Mode" and an "Always Hold Mode". In the One Time Hold Mode, pressing the preset button again before the kettle finishes heating will activate the Hold Temperature function, automatically maintaining the same temperature for 60 minutes after heating is complete. The Always Hold Mode can be activated by simultaneously pressing and holding the tea and coffee icons until "HoLD" appears on the display, ensuring the Hold Temperature function is engaged every time a temperature preset is selected.

Customizable Settings: Users can turn the beep sound on or off by pressing and holding the On/Off button for 5 seconds. The temperature can also be switched between Fahrenheit and Celsius by pressing and holding the Increase and Decrease buttons simultaneously for 5 seconds.
